for second-choice productsThe items offered in our shop are trade fair models, surplus stock, remaining stock, or customer returns. All products are in perfect technical condition. In some cases, there may be minor visual defects or slight assembly marks at the joints, which are barely visible when assembled and do not affect the technical properties in any way.
All chairs have been fully tested for functionality. All models come with a full manufacturer's warranty.
Models from the Topstar collection come with a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase. Wagner models come with a 5-year warranty, including a corresponding spare parts service.

All our products are shipped worldwide on a daily basis via a reliable logistics system. Assembled chairs are delivered directly to the end consumer by a specialized logistics company with minimal packaging. This allows an average of 25% more chairs to be loaded, resulting in a huge reduction in emissions during delivery.
Focus on sustainability
At our high-performance production facility in Langenneufnach (Bavaria), we assemble up to 10,000 chairs per day on a total of five different production lines – all made in Germany.
